Rafa Gorrotxategi is the third generation of the Gorrotxategi Family. Since he was a child, he has lived among ovens and cakes.

When he was 24 years old, he started working in his family's workshop together with his father José Mari Gorrotxategi, attending several courses on Confectionery and Chocolate in Germany, France and also in Spain.

This new step of Rafa Gorrotxategi is a step forward in quality and innovation. He will surprise us with new products and pairings that will try to bring the artisan bakery up to levels of high gastronomy.

During all these years, he has demonstrated that the high chocolatery has no mysteries for him; now he will show us that the high confectionery, neither.

  • ARTISAN NOUGATS

    A careful selection of author’s nougats, made with best quality raw materials.

  • GORROTXAS

    Delicious little cakes made of yolk and almond. We call them Gorrotxas to pay tribute to José Mari Gorrotxategi who popularized the Delicias de Tolosa and then the Xaxus.

  • TOLOSA TILES AND CIGARETTES

    We have reinvented the tiles of Tolosa, elaborating them in an artisan way with a flat form. You will have the opportunity to enjoy them, also covered with caramel chocolate or covered with orange chocolate.

  • FINE BISCUITS

    An exquisite assortment of fine artisan butter biscuits, without colourings or preservatives. We also offer them covered with a delicious chocolate.

  • ALMOND POLVORON

    Elaborated with 34% minimum of Marcona almond repeeled, crushed and chopped with a soft taste of cinnamon and lemon.

  • ARTISAN TXOKOLATE

    The best cocoa in different forms: Instant chocolate, hot chocolate, 100% pure cocoa without sugar and our Irrikao, special for children, with quinoa and cane sugar.
